OBE, Inc. was formed to enrich the lives of families and children in the community by providing quality activities, camps and events for school-age youth through after-school and summer programs and vacation programs. Ages of children served are between ages 5 and 14.

Activities, Camps, and Events Program Update Although we had created a very successful Afterschool Program at Los Alisos Intermediate School The Saddleback Valley Unified School District decided to award its Intermediate School contract to the YMCA . Once again we are without a home. This development coupled with the financial stress that Covid has already caused has forced us to make the difficult decision to close Outta Bounds. As we worked through the challenges of outdoor programming it looked like we might survive but losing our home base and Afterschool Program is just too much to bear.
