Creating Long-Term Independen Since 2008, Dream Bigger has worked to prevent violence against women and children through scholarship search, career coaching and financial planning to help women become financially independent providers for themselves and their children. The creation of services not yet available for women & children is a key strategy. One Dream Bigger proponent writes: “Dream Bigger helped me find resources in my community that I didn't know existed, helped me see I wasn't alone, provided a support network that developed into life- time friendships and provided advocacy training so I can support other women.
