AS A PARTNER, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES DEVELOPMENT FEES RELATED TO THE SUBSTANTIAL REHABILITATION OF THE REAL ESTATE THAT IT FORMERLY OPERATED. AS IT RECEIVES DEVELOPMENT FEES, THE ORGANIZATION IN TURN DONATES THE EXCESS AVAILABLE FUNDS TO THE CATHEDRAL FOUNDATION OF JACKSONVILLE, INC. (A RELATED ORGANIZATION) TO SUPPORT ITS MISSION OF PROVIDING ESENTIAL AND INNOVATIVE RESOURCES TO ELDERS IN NEED.
