North Country Pet Adoption Services of Lewis & Jefferson Counties NYS Rescue Registration Number RR131 About Us We are a volunteerrun 501c3 fosterbased rescue which means we do not have a central building. Our rescue registration number with the State of NY is RR131. For logistical reasons all of our foster homes are in Lewis and Jefferson Counties. If there is an animal you are interested in meeting we ask you to first fill out the adoption application which can be found in the main menu.
