Happy Mother's Day to the moms that are still with us, the expectant mothers, and the mothers who are missed every day. 💖 #DidYouKnow Mother's Day was founded by Anna Jarvis (1864-1948), who originally issued personal Mother's Day messages to the press in honor of her mother. On May 10, 1908, the first Mother’s Day was marked in Philly (Wanamaker’s auditorium) and in 1914, the Mother’s Day resolution passed both houses of Congress and Woodrow Wilson issued the first Mother’s Day proclamation.
