Korean American Excellence + Korean Culture in the News 🇰🇷✨ In our #KCultureSpotting series, we explore our community's influence, which is more visible than ever. Whether it's through groundbreaking achievements or cultural contributions, we're here and we're making a lasting impact. This week, we’re spotlighting Korean American actor Daniel Dae Kim, who has made history as the first Asian nominee for Best Leading Actor in a Play at the Tony Awards. Nominated for his role in the Broadway revival of Yellow Face by David Henry Hwang, Kim’s recognition marks a powerful moment for Asian American visibility in theater. A longtime advocate for representation, Kim’s performance—and the play itself—have brought new audiences to Broadway and elevated the impact of Asian American stories. 🇰🇷🇺🇸 Subscribe to the CKA Newsletter and be the first to receive updates on events, community initiatives, and news like this: https://hubs.li/Q03pH4PP0 ➡️ Click through to see more stories. 💙 What recent news related to Korean culture and the Korean American community has inspired you lately?
