PCY improves access to expanded learning programs in California so all children have opportunities beyond the traditional school day. PCY improves access and quality of expanded learning programs in CA. By strategically linking people, practice, and policy, we make sure that children and youth in the most under-resourced communities receive quality expanded learning opportunities and that all their learning environments – school, afterschool, and summer – support their academic, social, emotional, and physical well-being.
