Building Character Onstage, the Company is dedicated to the artistic, ethical and character education of children. Rooted in the belief that the arts have a special capacity to transcend social barriers, the Company introduces children to the magic of theatre while exploring relevant and challenging issues. As individual resilience, high moral character and service to humanity as its guiding principles, CTC promotes theater as a tool for active and analytical learning (rather than prescribed and passive), a curriculum that emphasizes a culture of inclusivity -- fostering in young performers a profound conviction that they are the voices of positive change.
