Pennsylvania Turfgrass Council - Home Welcome to the Pennsylvania Turfgrass Council The purpose of the PTC is to support turfgrass research at Penn State University to promote the turf industry within the profession and to the public to provide educational opportunities within the turf industry and represent the industry in matters of public policy. Become a member PTC Membership helps to strengthen and grow the Pennsylvania Turfgrass Industry. Your support helps raise money for research and student success at Penn State University as well as improve conference content to help position the industry for future growth. By acting as the information clearinghouse and statewide advocate for the Turfgrass Industry The Pennsylvania Turfgrass Council will continue to play a vital role.
