We are Care Management Organization dedicated to coordinating services, resources and supports for children and young adults in Morris and Sussex counties with complex needs that include: emotional/behavioral, intellectual/developmental and substance use. TO PARTNER WITH CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND COMMUNITIES TO HELP CHILDREN IN NEED TO OVERCOME SIGNIFICANT SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, AND BEHAVIORAL CHALLENGES.
