SAMSAR - Southern Arizona Mounted Search & Rescue Southern Arizona Mounted Search and Rescue Inc. SAMSAR is an all volunteer nonprofit mounted search and rescue unit serving the Pima County community. It is the primary provider to the Pima County Sheriffs department for mounted search and rescue services. Experienced SAMSAR members have a combined experience of more than 50 years.
