The Baltimore Downtown Restoration Committee BDRC was founded in 2007 as a volunteer organization dedicated to making Baltimores unique dual downtown areas more appealing places to live shop dine work or visit. Inspired by the Main Street organization model the group has undertaken many different projects and programs as both the community and the organization have changed over time. The BDRC is now a 501 c 3 nonprofit however the groups mission has remained relatively consistent working with village leaders and citizens in revitalizing Baltimores downtowns and overall village growth.
