The mission of Resolution Project is to develop socially responsible young leaders and empower them to make a positive impact today. Its vision is to create a generation of leaders with a lifelong commitment to social responsibility.
Activities and Programs
Resolution Project identifies and supports young leaders through two primary initiatives:
- Social Venture Challenges (SVC): These challenges inspire university students to develop and present social venture ideas. The SVC serves as a platform for young entrepreneurs to engage with peers, mentors, and industry experts.
- Resolution Fellowships: This program offers dynamic support to help winners of the SVC implement their ideas. The fellowship includes mentorship, networking opportunities, and seed funding to facilitate the growth of their social ventures.
Impact and Collaboration
As of recent developments, Resolution Project has merged with Enactus Global, creating one of the largest global nonprofits focused on youth leadership and social entrepreneurship. This collaboration supports over 40,000 young social entrepreneurs annually across nearly 100 countries. The combined organization provides a comprehensive suite of services, including mentorship, seed capital, and access to a global network.
Historically, Resolution Fellows have had a significant impact, affecting more than 6.3 million lives with ventures holding at least a $6.5 billion market cap, all starting from initial grants of less than $10,000.
