Serving the residents of Arlington's most vibrantly developed, richly diverse urban community, the North Rosslyn Civic Association actively represents Rosslyn residents before governmental agencies, facilitates communication among residents and businesses, and works to improve the quality of life in our area.We welcome everyone who cares about the future of Rosslyn to join in our efforts.
