Your Donation Makes a Roaring Difference. Share Us With Your Friends Jeff Jenny Kozlowskiestablished Wisconsin Big Cat Rescue in March of 2005. We have been working with big cats for about 18 years and have had our own since 2002. We are licensed by the USDA and are rescue and educational center as well as a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
