Iyengar Yoga Therapeutics is a collaboration of yoga professionals working to improve the quality of life of those who live with health problems. We offer free classes for communities that are vulnerable low income or at risk for health conditions educate Iyengar Yoga teachers and practitioners in the therapeutic applications of Iyengar Yoga and support scientific research into the benefits of Iyengar Yoga.
