We are contacted by pastors, parents, counselors, and others who are looking for input as to how to walk with individuals who are struggling with sexual and relational brokenness – often seeking to know how to balance grace and truthWe believe our purpose is to be a model of the practical experience of the grace of God to and within the Christian community. We offer counseling and support services to men and women struggling with relational and sexual dissonance such as pornography addiction, sexual and relational addictions, the effects of sexual abuse, and self-identified sexual identity issues, such as homosexuality and transgenderism. We strive to be a help others to manage their sexuality to the glory of God through chastity, abstinence or through developing the ability to enter into and maintain an intimate, lifelong, monogamous, heterosexual marriage. We help participants grow in their ability to be relationally appropriate with members of the same, as well as the opposite, sex.We believe healing happens most effectively and completely in the context of relationships. While the focus of groups may be healing for sexual brokenness issues, we recognize for healing to take place at the deepest level, hearts must be changed and transformed which, ultimately, only happens through a relationship with ChristWe do not “fix” people nor promise change as an end result of our services. The transformation we advocate for goes beyond changing behavior alone, to the transformation and renewal of one’s mind so that one can come into a deeper understanding of God’s grace and his or her identity in Christ. When a person learns to live out of who God says he or she is in Christ, true change and transformation is experienced.
