The primary objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be: a. To provide a presence and voice in support of trails at all levels of city government. b. Monitor the status of existing trail easements and newly designed trails within the city. c.Build public awareness of the recreational, educational and cultural values of trails. d. Participate in the design and development of trails to maximize usage. e. Provide expertise on potential regional connections and issues. f. To hold special events for the public, related to the park and trail system. g. To engage in any other activities as the Board my deem appropriate, consistent with the Articles of Incorporation and with Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
