Encinitas Trails Coalition Welcome fellow hikers bikers strollers and riders. We are a volunteer group of local citizens that are strong supporters of the Citys Recreational Trails. We are dedicated to protecting and developing a community trail system for enjoyment of the residents of Encinitas. Encinitas Trails Coalition ETC is recognized and respected by local officials as the voice of the community when it comes to our communitys trails.
