VSW is a 501(c)(3) community based non-profit Valley Sheltered Workshops' (VSWs') mission statement is "Empowerment Through Employment: To provide adults with developmental disabilities a safe and supportive environment to help them achieve purposeful lives through the development of work skills." Within this mission statement, the organization's objectives are to operate exclusively for charitable purposes. We aim to improve and promote the societal expectations and welfare of people with disabilities, including providing employment, training, socializing, mental health, and recreational opportunities for these individuals to thrive.
