Our legal staff provides assistance to victims of housing discrimination as well as community educati The Kentucky Fair Housing Council is a full-service, civil rights agency committed to eradicating discrimination in housing. The Fair Housing Council enforces the federal Fair Housing Act, the Kentucky Fair Housing Act, and the local fair housing ordinances (where applicable). As a legal office, we provide free legal advocacy and representation to Kentucky residents who have been victims of housing discrimination in the state.
