About Us ColleyvillePoliceDepartment Meet the Team As part of a vision for a safer community the Colleyville Police Department began the Citizens Police Academy over 10 years ago. This program was initiated to seek out those in the community who wanted to give more by being part of the Colleyville Police Department and making Colleyville safer for their families and businesses. The graduates of the Citizens Police Academy CPA have formed an alumni association the Colleyville Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association CCPAAA which is a 501c3 charity.
