THE FUNDING OF PROGRAM DISBURSEMENTS ARE CONDUCTED UNDER THE GOVERNANCE AND STEWARDSHIP OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. OUR CORE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: GOVERNANCE AND STEWARDSHIP - SELF GOVERNANCE AND SAFEGUARDING OF THE FOUNDATIONS ASSETS ARE ADMINSTERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH DONOR INTENTIONS AND PRUDENT INVESTMENT POLICY. CHARITABLE GIFTING SOLICITATION - FUNDRAISING THROUGH APPEALS, CAMPAIGNS, GRANTS AND SPECIAL EVENTS. COLLEGE AND STUDENT PROGRAM DISBURSEMENTS - REVIEW, SELECT AND APPROVE DISBURSEMENTS OF FUNDS TO THE COLLEGE AND STUDENT PROGRAMS NEEDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
