To facilitate a self-sustaining community in the village of Anse-A-Galets on the Island of LaGonave in Haiti, West Indies Self Help (WISH) maintains water supply and electric power infrastructure for the community. WISH also feeds children in the community, and runs programs for youth, girls and women. We partner with other organizations to supply desalinated water, teach agricultural skills for an arid climate, and to encourage entrepreneurship and job skill development in the local population.
