THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE PEOPLE OF PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS LLP (PWC OR THE FIRM) IN TIMES OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP THROUGH THE PEOPLE WHO CARE FUND AND TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUPPORT AND PROMOTE EDUCATION AND HUMANITARIANISM.
