Since 1974 Cornwall Child Center Since 1974 Cornwall Child Center The Cornwall Child Center is a privately funded nonprofit educational organization which was founded in 1974 to serve the youngest members of the Cornwall community and its surrounding neighbors. It is fully licensed by Connecticuts Office of Early Childhood and holds accreditation from NAEYC National Association for Education of Young Children. Our mission is to provide the best possible early childhood program offering a stimulating environment responsive to childrens natural curiosity creativity and desire to learn. The Child Center fosters social skills in a friendly family atmosphere and encourages the involvement of parents community and the school.
