AND FOR PURPOSE OF RAISING FUNDS TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL CIVIC WELFARE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BUILDING AND RESTORING PARKS, AID TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SICK, ESPECIALLY THE BLIND, DRUG ABUSE PREVENTION, DIABETES, AND OTHER HEALTH AWARENESS PROGRAMS.
