Eliminate all barriers to creative and economic opportunities for underrepresented communities by providing arts education life skills career training and mentoring programs. Equity Who We Are The Artist Collective a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2005 by Robert Gilliam provides a creative outlet for minority artists underserved communities and underfunded arts programs in Los Angeles. We offer a comprehensive arts instruction program that covers a wide range of topics including dance art spoken word urban arts modeling and much more.
