Delaware Lions Foundation - Home Page Our Mission The mission of the Delaware Lions Foundation is to support the Lions Clubs of Delaware in their humanitarian service to Delawareans through matching grants and to provide educational scholarships for Public High School seniors residing in Delaware. DLFs Board Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of July September November January March and May. Any Lion wishing addition information is requested to notify Lion Carol LeCates at carollecatescomcast. net.
