HOME ABOUT US GOLF PAST RECIPIENTS PHOTOS GET INVOLVED Commission Transactions Agents More Hearts and Hands is a Texas nonprofit association organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes to benefit the local community and surrounding areas. The organization achieves this purpose by raising funds and making contributions to other nonprofit charitable organizations that provide services to the city of San Antonio Bexar County and surrounding areas and communities. As of September 2024 Hearts and Hands has donated 930500 back into our local community. The majority of the monies are raised through fundraising events and individual donations which then are returned to other charities in the greater San Antonio area.
