Wildlife in Crisis, founded in 1988, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to wildlife preservation and land conservation. Wildlife in Crisis is a volunteer run, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organizationdedicated to wildlife preservation and land conservation.WIC was founded in1988 and each year WIC volunteers answer over 15,000 calls regarding injured andorphaned local wildlife and care for over 5,000 debilitated wild animals. WIC’swildlife care center, land trust and environmental education programs share thegoal of protecting wildlife while improving the quality of life in ourcommunity. WIC relies entirely on donations to care for debilitated wildlife.As a volunteer run organization, we need help with fundraising, carpentry,public relations, grant writing and other professional services in addition toanimal care.
