Operating in the North Basement of the Orem Public Library the Parent Education Resource Center PERC acts as a learning library of its own offering toys games and enrichment for children and parents alike. Our activities are sorted by type so its easy to find what you need be it a math activity for a 4thgrader a phonics kit for a kindergartener or a tactile handson toy for the baby whos just learning to play. We receive hundreds of donations each year so theres always something new to see.
