This is Hannah, the center director for the Kalkidan girls center with Make Your Mark Global. We caught a glimpse of her loving on one of the babies a few days ago. 7 of the 9 young women currently in the program have babies. And while they are at trade school in the morning, the staff loves on and cares for their babies. Last year, the young women and their babies lived on the streets. Love, in all of its various forms, is a healer. ❤️ (fb)

Change a childs life forever Poverty is stealing the families homes and lives of countless children in Ethiopia Across Addis Ababa Ethiopias capital city tens of thousands of children some as young as seven or eight years old are living on the streets without family without food shelter living on medians under bridges and in dark alleyways alone. Many turn to drugs to numb the pain and fear. Some are forced into sex trafficking with the promise of survival.
