A Thousand Joys promotes and supports the development of resilient, joyful, and engaged individuals and organizations. A Thousand Joys' mission is to help individuals and organizations reach their highest potential. Our approach includes a holistic blend of business, psychology, and complementary treatment modalities. Our innovative, comprehensive programs focus on trauma-related stress management, emotional regulation, and healing. We work directly with high-risk children and families, and support the organizations that serve them; providing schools and community-based organizations with techniques to manage stress, promote greater overall well-being, facilitate teamwork, and strengthen communities.
