Twice a month, Peace’s Wellness Program hosts “Wellness Wednesdays” for Peace parents to participate in a variety of activities that promote physical and mental health. Last week, Culinary Connections, a group of University of Michigan Medical School students whose mission is to “Foster friendship through community cooking,” stopped by Peace’s Wellness Center to lead a cooking class and teach all about nutrition. Peace mothers made tasty snacks and received a cookbook of healthy recipes! (fb)

Helping Children Families and Individuals build futures that include selfsufficiency and positive community involvement Youth Programs Family Programs Peace HUB Community Resource Center Were Thankful For Our Peace Circle. Dear Peace Family At Peace Neighborhood Center we have so much to be thankful for this year. Thanks to your efforts we were able to serve over 350 area families this past holiday season. Our Peace Circle is large and transformative.
