Founded in 1890, we are a non-profit, non-political volunteer women's service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, historic preservation & education. Members of CTDAR are members of NSDAR chapters. We come from diverse backgrounds and have a variety of interests. Our common bond is our lineal descent from patriots of the American Revolution regardless of race, religion or ethnic background.
