SAVE OREGON WRESTLING FOUNDATION
In July, 2007, the University of Oregon announced the elimination of men's varsity wrestling. On that date, the late Coach Ron Finley and Rick Stewart founded Save Oregon Wrestling to build an endowment fund to secure the financial future of UO wrestling. We support wrestling at all levels including the intercollegiate level. We also support providing opportunity for all to compete and pursue their goals. We know the great qualities and attributes that are learned through participation in wrestling. It is our mission to ensure the future of wrestling not only at the University of Oregon, but at all age levels and universities in the great state of Oregon.
