Today, our team did 42 Sit-to-Stands to prepare for Friday’s global challenge in honor of MPF’s 42 years!! 💪💪 On World Parkinson’s Day, April 11, join individuals and organizations from around the world in the commitment to stand up to Parkinson’s by collectively completing 2,000,000 Sit to Stands in 24 hours! Plus, we’re encouraging our community to participate all month long in support group meetings, exercise classes, or whenever you feel like moving your body! Take pictures or videos, and we’ll feature you on our email blasts and social media pages. How it works: 1. Complete as many sit-to-stands as you can in 24 hours on April 11, 2025! 2.
