ON GOING MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ABUSED, NEGLECTED, AND AT-RISK CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES IN LEHIGH AND NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES WITH THE ITEMS AND SERVICES THAT TRADITIONAL GOVERNMENT SOURCES CANNOT PROVIDE BECAUSE THEY LACK FUNDING OR ARE NOT MANDATED TO PROVIDE THEM.
