The Boybutante AIDS Foundation, Inc. has raised more than $1,200,000 for AIDS support services in Northeast Georgia. We make it WERQ! The Boybutante AIDS Foundation, Inc. has its origins in an annual event known as the Boybutante Ball. The first Boybutante Ball was held in 1990 to raise money for AIDS Athens, an underfunded local organization with a growing caseload. After six successful annual events, the Boybutante AIDS Foundation, Inc. became a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization in 1996. Now, Boybutante coordinates events throughout the year to supplement the money raised through the Ball. In its first 30 years, Boybutante has raised more than $1,000,000 for AIDS support services in Northeast Georgia. The Boybutante AIDS Foundation, Inc., is committed to continuing its work until a cure is found and beyond.
