HEAL HOUSE OF IOWA WILL, WHEN POSSIBLE, ASSIST SERVED INDIVIDUALS IN IDENTIFYING AND LINKING TO NATURAL SUPPORTS, SOCIAL SUPPORTS, ESTABLISHED SERVICES, AND AVAILABLE FINANCIAL RESOURCES THAT HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO BRIDGE THE INDIVIDUAL FROM HOMELESSNESS TO SUCCESSFULLY HOUSED.
