CSSP hosts promising students from NYC high schools into our community for academic enrichment to broaden their horizons and prepare them for college. High acheiving inner city high school students need a broad cultural and educational experience to succeed in a competitive world. CSSP takes a small group of students and show them a larger world.

Making Community Connections Since 1968 Our mission is to provide academically motivated students from underresourced New York City high schools with a threeyear summer program of enriched academic and cultural activities to promote connections between CSSP students and families in our community and to help prepare our students for college and expose them to career options to support their future personal success. 2025 Summer Sessions Session OneSunday July 6 Friday July 11Sunday July 13 Friday July 18 Session TwoSunday July 20 Friday July 25Sunday July 27 Friday August 1 Hosting is from Sunday evening until Friday morning. No weekends. Hosting commitments are for one session only not both.
