FIRST CHOICE SERVICES Services Employment Opportunities Help4WV offers support and referrals for anyone seeking assistance for substance use disorder or mental health issue. WV 988 provides immediate emotional support for anyone experiencing an emotional crisis or having suicidal thoughts. The Problem Gambling Help Network of WV operates a helpline to provide treatment for those affected by problem gambling and provides statewide prevention clinical training and outreach services. The Navigator programs offer free help with enrollment in Medicaid CHIP and marketplace insurance through the provisions of the Affordable Care Act.
