We are proud to feature our longtime AAFE resident, Cai Hua Leung! Since 2000, Ms. Leung has lived in our Eldridge Street building in the heart of Chinatown, where she raised her children—now all grown and having their own careers. Beyond affordable housing, AAFE has supported Ms. Leung with vital services over the years, including language assistance, help navigating benefits, and guidance with applications. She has also been an active participant in our older adult programs, such as community outings, ping pong games, and holiday luncheons. Stories like Ms. Leung’s reflect the mission of AAFE: to provide not only housing, but also holistic support that enhances lives and builds community.
