USS Saint Paul Assoc Home USS SAINT PAUL CA73 Memorial ProjectSaint Paul Minnesota 2027 The USS SAINT PAUL ASSOCIATION is currently in application with the state of Minnesota for the creation of a memorial to the USS SAINT PAUL CA73 on the Capitol grounds in Saint Paul. We envision a commemorative artwork that is interesting to visit relates the historical importance of USS SAINT PAUL and invites contemplation. Rendering subject to CAAPB approval. Information purposes only The road to approval involves establishing a show of support for the project within the state of Minnesota as well as providing funding to offset construction costs which weve estimated to be in the neighborhood of 250000.
