Supporting public bilingual education Neighborhood Partners for the Hurley School NPHS is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that acts as the development arm of the Hurley School. Our mission is to bridge the gaps in funding that Hurley receives from the Boston Public School System. We are a 100 volunteer run organization led by parents and community members who believe in bilingual public education and want to enhance the experience of all students at the Hurley.
