Join us. #TheRealLambs The Lambs® is the oldest professional theatrical club in the U.S. Founded in 1874. We are a private social club for those in the arts, and supporter of the arts. To Provide Support for Non-Profit Theatre Companies, and professionals of the entertainment industry, including members of The Lambs [club]. Maintain and preserve artifacts and artworks of theatrical origin regarding The Lambs, a theatrical club established in 1874. Allow use of space for performances to non-profit theatrical/entertainment based organizations. The Foundation also owns a collection of art and memorabilia dating back to the mid 1800's, a veritable living history of NY theater history. One of the Foundations ongoing efforts is to maintain and restore the collection.

Philanthropy - The Lambs Inc Philanthropy The Lambs FoundationMilestones of the Lambs Foundation Lamb Frank W. Kitching 18391917 a nonactor was a Civil War veteran and former Union prisoner of war. Kitching launched the Lambs Memorial Relief Fund in 1916 as a way to assist worthy members of the Club in temporary financial distress. Kitching gave a gift of 100 shares of Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad stock.
