YLI engages young people as leaders for the transformation of the church and world in and around Detroit, MI The Young Leaders Initiative is a collection of programs designed to create a "culture of call" which nurtures young people as Christian leaders in the Metro Detroit area for the transformation of the world. TO PROVIDE TRANSFORMING INTER-CULTURAL CHRISTIAN EXPERIENDES FOR YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS THAT WILL SUPPORT THEIR GROWTH AS VIBRANT LEADERS FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE CHURCH AND THE WORLD.
