It's time to register a team of friends and family to support a good cause. CROP Hunger Walks are community-based walk fundraising events held in cities and towns across the United States to support hunger initiatives. The Homewood Walk supports Church World Service's global work and local organizations, including SSPADS, Respond Now, Jones Community Center, Rich Township Food Pantry, Transformation hot meals (Harvey), and Hazel Crest Community Food Pantry.

Our hearts reach out to the family of Dianna E. Sexton, a Founding Member of South Suburban PADS, who passed away earlier this month. At a time when there were no resources to help people experiencing homelessness, Dianna helped create the first shelters and helped to create South Suburban PADS.
