Vision - Our vision is to inspire young people to become extraordinary musicians, compassionate human beings, and responsible world-class citizens who can realize their dreams and contribute to the cultural well-being of society. 2. Mission - The Westside Youth Orchestra provides dedicated young musicians an exceptional pre-professional orchestra experience through creative rehearsals and performances that welcome, inspire, and entertain the diverse Los Angeles community. Values - Creativity. We value a creative, thoughtful, and innovative approach to rehearsals, performances, and all opportunities for musical growth. Responsibility - We are profoundly committed to ensuring professionalism in our Board of Directors, Music Director, Teaching Artists, and Staff.
