IMPORTANT NEWS 612011 Due to many external and internal factors the state of the economy the impact of the Gulf Oil Spill and the recent tornado devastation the Beverly Burton Scholarship Trust has taken a different direction. The mission is now to endow ONLY the Alabama portion of the Trust. With the money raised to date an additional 150000 is needed to accomplish this goal. The Trust has never received any federal grant money nor United Way money.
